Building Description

Location
The apartment is located on The Terrace, which runs parallel to Lambton Quay. Initially a short stay hotel style property, it has become more and more popular with the longer term guests due to the growth in The Terrace area.

With our central location within the CBD we are ideal for both the corporate and leisure traveler with direct access to Lambton Quay, shopping, not to mention a 5 minute walk to the Historic Cable Car and other Wonderful Wellington Attractions including the Wellington Harbor.
